Project Deposits

Projects may require an advance payment before work begins. Deposits cover the time and resources allocated to your project and are generally non-refundable once work has started.

Work in Progress

If a project is cancelled after work has begun, payment for work already completed is due and is not refundable. Any remaining balance for undelivered work may be refunded at our discretion.

Digital Products

Purchases of digital products and applications made through third-party stores (such as Google Play) are subject to the refund policies of those stores.
